Young Coaches wishing to enroll in Ajax Swimming's Coach Mentoring Program should contact Head Coach Matt Bell directly at matt@ajaxswimming.ca. Please include a well written letter stating career goals and reason for seeking participation in the program. All candidates will require a recent criminal records check.

Program Details:

-Participants will act as "lane coaches" at Ajax Swimming practices.

-Participants will be able to meet with Ajax Swimming Staff members before or after practice to discuss aspects of the training program or the profession.

-Participants will act as volunteers and will not be paid.

-Participants will devise a weekly schedule in conjunction with Coach Bell that both parties can commit to.

-Participants will be issued Ajax Swimming Team Clothing.

-Participants will be issued a letter of recommendation following their completion of the program.
