About iSWIM

What is iSWIM?

-iSWIM is the swim school of the Ajax Aquatic Club

-iSWIM is a dynamic, efficient way for young swimmers to get involved in the world of competitive swimming.

-iSWIM graduates will be invited to become full members of the Ajax Aquatic Club so that they can begin training in one of our competitive squads, and begin racing in sanctioned Swimming Canada competitions.

-iSWIM features 3 levels, each designed to promote the efficient acquisition of the neuro-muscular patterns required to be a competitive swimmer.

-iSWIM athletes will also be taught the basic competitive swimming skills: turns, push-offs, streamlines, underwater kick and racing starts.
